CCGrass Supports FIFA Arena Project in Malaysia, Inaugurated by FIFA Chairman
CCGrass, a global leader in artificial turf solutions, was proud to serve as the official supplier for a significant FIFA Arena Project at Sekolah Kebangsaan Sri Kelana in Malaysia. The project, which features our advanced Leap infill-free artificial turf, was officially inaugurated on the 26th. The attendance of the FIFA Chairman at the ceremony underscored the project’s importance in promoting grassroots football development worldwide.
This FIFA Arena Project aims to create safe, inclusive environments for children to learn, train, and enjoy football. The selection of CCGrass and its innovative Leap technology for this initiative reflects a mutual commitment to quality, innovation, and expanding access to the game.
The new pitch addresses the school’s critical need for a durable, all-weather playing surface. The school confirmed that the previous natural grass field was frequently rendered unusable due to muddy conditions, severely limiting students’ athletic activities. The installation of Leap Turf has now provided a consistently safe and reliable venue for sports, unaffected by weather.
A significant advantage noted is the infill-free technology of the Leap Turf. This feature has substantially reduced maintenance requirements and associated costs, also ensures a cleaner playing environment, free from issues like infill splashing, thereby enhancing hygiene and the overall user experience.
The Football Association of Malaysia acknowledged the effective collaboration with CCGrass, noting our strong support throughout all project stages. The Leap Turf is selected specifically for its advanced technology, which provides a high-performance surface that prioritizes player safety while offering benefits in sustainability and maintenance efficiency.
