Due to the recycling difficulty of traditional artificial grass, there is considerable extra cost involved sending the waste product to a specialist recycling plant that may not be available nearby. This creates a big challenge for pitch owners. Therefore, to be more environmentally efficient we developed our Recyclable Series, which is affordable, high-quality and 100% recyclable through normal recycling facilities. PRT series is a 100% recyclable artificial grass launched by CCGrass, which contains no latex, no PU and no coating, and is 100% Green & Eco friendly. Many items can be made when out-of-use PRT products are taken to the recycling processor. At recycling plants, the aging grass is intensively cleaned and then melted in pellets. Once pelletized, they can also be made into high-quality plastic products for secondary use.
